Most, if not all, Quantum arcades has also received their copies of the game. And while it costs Php 20 per game in Timezone, playing it in Quantum only requires you to pay Php 15. Oh, and not to insult those who play in Timezone or anything, but based on my observation, Tekken players who play in Quantum (particularly those who play in Quantum-SM Fairview) are a whole lot better than those you see playing in Timezone. So if you want a real challenge, I suggest you pit your skills against the Quantum guys. (side note: Not everyone who plays Tekken in the Philippines is a Filipino. Lots of guys I see playing in the arcades are from other countries who are probably living in the country now. Just two days ago, I saw an American go against a Korean.
