    also, what do the parentheses mean?

    for ex. SR is (20~) while JFSR is (18~)
    but the numbers before say 18 both..

    I think you got this wrong. There is no way the last kick can whiff on block. If you block the first kick, the third will never come out.

    What I know that happens with this move is if you do u/f+3,4 and it gets blocked, you are at -7; but it you do u/f+3,4~3 (like if you thought it connected, but it didn’t, buffering the last 3), the second kick changes to -10, instead to -7. I guess this is some kind of punishment for guessing wrong.

    uf3,4 = -7 block
    uf3,4~3 (2nd blocked) = -14 block
