Aside form the Jokes im glad, Japan is finally getting EVO, cause single eliminations was the one thing i hated about SBO, but the games that they have there vs the ones at EVO U.S man thats a No brainer SBO has much more games in thier tourneys

Do you guys think that there is a danger that the american evo series will be overshadowed by the japanese evo .All the best players are in asia i doubt Daigo will be able to win ssf4 in japan There are too many god tier players .Asia is where all they do is play games no need to get a job .Its a place where playing games is not frowned upon and looked on as a valid respectable profession, look at starcraft in korea minus the match fixing .remember world cyber games started in south korea

    Evo is console tournament meh

  6. MrIkari says:

Hey we can assure that the staff in EVO Japan are the original guys from EVO yeah?

Just checking because I heard stuff about the Tekken world tourney last year which shows Japan still is still in it’s infancy for console tournies.

If the usual suspects are actually there it’ll be reassuring because there will be better QC for the event.

Besides by taking place in spring it should be easier to travel as that isn’t the peak travel time for Japan.

Thanks for the event anyway. :) Posting from South East Asia and we need bigger tournies.

  7. When historic opinions and rules of lifestyle are taken away, the loss cannot possibly be estimated. From that second we have now no compass to govern us, nor can we know distinctly to what port to steer.

  8. You actually covered a few interesting points here. I found it by using Google and I have to admit that I already subscribed for your site, it is extremely decent :D
