I need TTT2 for Consoles!!!
Damn right Angelina we all want tekken tag2 for consoles, it will take 3 or 4 years from now untill it will be released to consoles just like tekken6
I don’t think that is the case. There was gameplay footage in the trailer so they already have a working model. Japanese arcade release in Summer 2011 so might get a winter 2012 release bearing in mind they also have TekkenXSF to release (somewhere close to the release of SFxTekken) and they have confirmed T7 in the works as well.
I can’t wait to play Tekken Tag 2, the combinations are going to be crazy. Jin and Kazuya on the same Team!!!

Actually, could someone tell me what the point of releasing a game only to archades is??
There are no archade scene in Europe, at least not in Scandinavia. Only USA and Japan have archades to talk about. Now only they get to play Tag 2 for maybe one or two whole years before it comes out to consoles.
Why not release it to the consoles right away so everybody may enjoy it?? I think Namco also will make more money that way.

This way when the people on the console get the game it will be more balanced.
Namco makes more money from arcade releases that console releases if i remember correctly.
Not to mention… we don’t want Soul Calibur 3 and Soul Calibur 4 again (especially 3).
This way people in Japan, Korea, Asia, etc.. can play the game first.
Namco will gather opinions, information on the glitches, broken moves, and so on.
So the console version is released, it will be the best version.
they can just release it on console and patch the game later for fixes…..easy
Tekken Tag tournament 2 will be out for ps2, right? please, it will come to ps2? And tekken 7, ooh, I’m waiting for this in my whole life! I hope, they add 3 new characters!first! Street fighter X tekken, then, Tekken Tag 2, and then tekken 7! ooh! I can’t wait to see them all! These will be the biggest history of tekken! 3 tekken games came out at the same years!
Well, since Tekken 6 was not on the PS2 (for mainly technical reasons), it’s safe to say TTT2 will not be either.
Hell, some people are worrying if it’ll even be on the PS3…

hope they bring Gon back, that would be so dope. i also wonder if customization can be possible for this, not that it should matter, i’m happy to hear about this game alone. just a thought.

what the-! are you mental in the cabeza??? Jack, Law and Hei are originals, Jack may be a bit slow, but he takes chunks out of ya life bar, Law is quick and so is Marduk for his size(he can pull off some insane combos if you know how to play him) as for Heihachi, i don’t know what the future lies for him since the tragic loss of his voice actor Daisuke Gouri early this year, but i am hoping he’ll make it to T7, not sure after that.
I did not hate them. I’m just want to see, If they delete those characters! maybe they will put a new fighters! maybe stronger from the others! But about Jack, I mean it! I hate him!!
Ehh, so isn’t T7, TTT2? I don’s think they are working on a 7 at the moment. It would be too much. Bring all the chars back, add some new ones and let us enjoy TTT2 for years to come.

I just want to get rid of old stupid characters orgre,true orgre, devil,angel,gon, doctor B. I want tekken tag 2 with improved gameplay from tekken 6 rather than old stupid tag.
If namco is gonig to add these character they should balance these characters.
The devil should not have twin pistons a stupid mid 13 frame safe offensive launcher.
The damage for ogres should be tonned down. They should not have those stupid unblockable moves. Pretty safe long range moves for example true ogre d/f+1+2.
Gon and doctor B. should be excluded permanently without any question.

You know! If I were Katsuhiro! I will recreate Jun, Unknown, Michelle, Dr.B, Kunimitsu, Alex, Violet Jinpachi Mishima! and I will get rid of Heihachi, Ganryu, Marduk, Jack 6 and Wang Jinrei! And I think they should make 2 new characters in Tekken 7! I don’t think dat tekken tag 2 will have a new character! they just put the old characters from tekken 6 and they will confirmed they’re in or not!
