I believe EMGF is only -16 on block. Bob’s hopkick is i17 so when I tried it against Jack’s EMGF on block with hit analysis on, the block frames come out just before the hopkick’s impact.
ok tried it again with Drag’s f+1+2. It is -17. Maybe Bob’s hopkick isn’t i17 at all.
Is this the final list or is it still being updated?
