i think its the same like 2,4 … bur f2,4 is 12 frames and 2,4 is 10 frames fast =)
and the moves like ff4 with on block > 5
means that ff4 is +5 on block or what means the 5 without – or + ?
Yes, ff4 is +5 on block.
What means the “?” hahaha!

Um…f24 is natural combo but 24 is only natural combo on counterhit. This means that you cant use 24 as punisher but f24 can be used as punisher. This is why they should be listed as different moves.
