Don’t get me wrong. I know what it is, but it is important to get the word around about TEKKEN 6. I’m all for pushing/advertising the game in any which way to get the word out to fans to help build and solidify the name of the franchise.

So how close are you with Namco Bandai? They don’t throw you a check every once in a while for promoting Tekken do they? It seemed like you already knew about the release date and other details ahead of time.
If they don’t, they should! You do a great job with the site.
Don’t get me wrong as well: you do a great job for the Community, your blog is number one for Tekken news in the whole internet.

I agree with him on that, TODAYS FUCKING KIDS ARE RETARDS , They like advertising , bright lights and god knows whats else that is shiny and colorful. and its not like hes pushing them towards shit like ” MK v.s DC” its fucking TEKKEN THE BEST 3d FIGHTER OUT THERE.
IT BE BEST TO GET THEM INTO THIS RATHER THAN THOSE FIRST PERSON SHOOTERS.

I don’t mind the cheesy enthusiasm. T6 isn’t out yet and there’s a lot of casuals to sell it too. 99% of people that buy Tekken don’t know how to play it anyway so just showing them cool moves with the right hype of words is enough to get them to buy. They wouldn’t understand advanced play. Read the comments on those videos. “OMGZ THE BACKBREAKER WAS ROOFLESS”.
Keep it simple I say. Showing off hyper advanced combos that rarely happen in high level play and shit will just scare them away or make them think that’s all the game is. That’s why VF doesn’t sell. Its stigma of “depth” makes people not even want to touch it.
