There’s just nothing special about Baek’s juggles to me. They just seem kinda….weak( weak looking atleast ). Hwoarang is better in every way; Chracter design,move list,combos,attitude. I will say that Baek has his sussessor in speed though ( damn those chains of Baek ). Bottom line Hwoarang is cooler and better,IMO. Hwoarang is a cocky asshole,kinda like…you know who.
He is also higher on the tier list than Hwoarang and his kicks/strings jail higher than Hwoarang. he has a lot of tools it would be nice if hwoarang had some of them.
Yeah, but VenoM362 never gave a damn about tier list and he never will. Tier list are just a matter of opinion. Raven/Hwoarang are my “mains” if I had to pick someone and Zafina is moving up VenoM32’s list quickly.

I also agree with Venom, Koreans proved time and time again, that these so called Tier lists that are made up by players are a Joke.
Koreans and Japanese players can own anyone with almost any character.
Tier list are for Noobs.
