    So yes, special thanks to:

MYK, Rickstah, Kneebows, SuikenUser, and everyone else who has been bugging/checking up with Super Arcade these past few months!

Have fun! SD will probably be there to visit…

  2. MarkMan says:

    Settings as noted by MYK[jamgi]:

    Time – 60 Seconds
    Life – 100% (Default)
    Rounds – 2/3 (for now)
    Price – $0.50 to start/continue

  3. Zero says:

Bullshit. I’m so sick of my arcade not putting out for T6. They are apparently waiting to see if there is going to be an actually US release before they think about geting the Internation Version. GAY!

  4. MYK says:

I played like around 50 games all together today

I’ll be going back to Super tomorrow morning and I would like to give an impression after a couple hours of more play. I find it really fun so far, but we’ll see in the next couple of days how good or bad it could be.

    O_O? haha

  5. MarkMan says:

Thanks MYK, looking forward to the impressions… have fun and try to keep the death combos to a minimum ^_^ lol…

If you’re there over the weekend, I’ll prob see ya…

  6. MarkMan says:

From what MYK posted to me in the TZ SOCAL thread, the arcade machine is a fully dedicated single player Asian International edition. It’s a single monitor machine and has a 2 player control panel.

This is the same machine that was shown by Namco at IAAPA in Florida and the same one that is showing up all over Asia except in Korea/Japan.

  7. YukioSumadera says:

Aris raped us all so bad with his Dragunov.
MYK screwed us over with Bob.
And Kane landed Lili’s juggle into a wall throw.

    Fun and exciting night.
Game kinda plays out at a different pace so it takes a few games to adapt, but all in all it was fun.

I think Suiken mentioned that the Super owner was going to add on the usb ports for controllers and whatnot in about a month or so.

  8. YukioSumadera says:

I should also mention that the machine eats tokens.
So insert your tokens slowly, one at a time.
T6 made like 30 dollars or more solely off of eating tokens.

  9. YukioSumadera says:

    version is A89 or something
it’s one version behind the one in japan

  10. MYK says:

haha cant sleep thinkin about T6 so postin in bed on psp. Cant browse TZ on this thing =\ ok sorry for the useless post but if anyone from another country has any info on gettin A99 (except jpn) on the international ver let us know

  11. KENTOIRC says:

PLEASE! PLEASE!!!!!!! LET US KNOW IF ANY SHOW UP IN THE PHOENIX, TEMPE, MESA ,AZ AREA. WE’RE DYING OVER HERE MAN!!!!!!

  12. Iwao says:

I think almost all the Tekken fans around the world must wait till the console version of Tekken 6 before playing it:(

Anyway thanks for informations to all of them, that was a part of this including MarkMan:P

  15. Divine Fist says:

It’s good that the amount of Tekken 6 arcades in the USA is going up, a little.
I can’t wait for it to come to North Carolina!

  16. MYK says:

got word from the owner today and the single cabinet with the side-by-side setup was $13,000. I think I read 20K somewhere but I was kinda surprised that it was 13K not like thats cheap but cheaper than I expected.

  17. Downplay says:

I’ll just suffer more watching vids. I doubt I’ll ever see it here in Utah. Ever. Console version for the….win…. :(

  18. Tenchi says:

If South Cal has an arcade cabinet, and Houston, then I think AZ MIGHT have one as well. It’s just a matter of time (since AZ is almost beside Cali, and South Cali is NEAR AZ, so why not XD?)

  19. MYK says:

it’s not like they released it in the US

Tx and Socal got it from overseas and were both playing on the Int. Version, which is the same version that Korean, China, Philippines, Australia, etc… are playing on.

If anyone else from the US is trying to get it you have to ask your arcade owner to order it from overseas

  20. Rip says:

Damn… Why is this game so addicting.. Took awhile to adapt to the new pace (8-10frame jabs for Law etc), but omg, rage mode makes it so much more fun to watch. Too good.

  21. liquidnyc says:

sup mark..i wana buy tekken6 but with out the monitor just the mother board hit me back up cuz nyc cant wait no more…

  22. MarkMan says:

    liquid, yo!

Unfortunately, right now all Asian distributors are sold out…

The only place I know of one for sale is in LA, but the price is too steep and it’s the JPN version.

I suggest getting in contact with Henry Cen (Censei) as he’d probably know more about the Asian vendors/distributors than I do… Plus he’s in NY…

  23. […] 6 first arrived in Southern California on March 18th, 2008. Now more than a week later and with tons of rage victories, tears, and bound […]

  24. liquidnyc says:

hmm..can you see for how much in la cost?..oh is the jp ver. better or the us ver. one more thing mark is it true that nyc is not getting t6? only for console

  25. stvchmp says:

  27. […] might remember Super Arcade for being one of the first places to get Tekken 6 in the United States, well now they are the first arcade to get Street Fighter IV! Special thanks […]

  28. clifford ahn says:

there is a tekken 6 machine at san francisco state university downstairs where the pool hall is

  29. Shaft says:

I live in Simi but I’m willing to drive if people will be there to play. If anyone would want to set up a tournament or something similar I’m down. No drive is too far for T6.

    Hit me up at shaft4783@aol.com

  30. Sith says:

WOW! I go to super arcade all the time. I never realized it was so famous. I always just saw it as the hole in the wall across the street from my school. Tekken 6 is now .25 cents and 3 rounds.

I’m always there tuesdays and thursdays 1-3pm and I love to lose (its the only path to getting better).

The other day i was playing, there was a group from “riverside”. Where is the tekken 6 machine in riverside? I’d be willing to go there for some competition.

  31. YashiroXD says:
