Wish we had arcades like that here. I miss the arcade boom,even more so now during spring/summer time. Everyone in the arcade would be playing Tekken DR. or DDR(not VenoM362’s style though),lol we even had a Tekken 5 arcade we made the noobs play on. They weren’t ready to step up the DR arcade and we someone had the balls to try we would put them in their place real quick. But bout a year ago it started to die down,and since Tekken 6 hit consoles it is dead.

i really wish there were more cabinents. regardless of T6 on console, i haven’t seen a session in awhile. it would be nice to have a arcade to play at.
arcade indusrty was really strong during 70s 80s and early 90s fighthing game like street fighter 2 and mortal kombat 1 were among the most played games,and fighthing games were more popular than any other type of games but in mid 90s and after that, the arcade industry just died in U.S, i cant still figure out why, however in Asia arcade is just as strong as it was 10 or 20 years ago,over there gaming culture havent change at all, but then again we have seen a come back of arcade games in some part of US especially in west coast but i dont whether or not this momentum keeps going or become bigger and also as popular in other parts of country, only time will tell
