With the 45th annual AM Show now underway in Tokyo, Japan… Tekken fans all over the world expect to be spoiled with TONS of info on the latest installment of our favorite series! Tekken 6 is being shown in full force! Complete with a new arcade opening sequence and an upgraded gameplay build, make sure you keep your eyes on our T6 section for updates throughout the week/weekend!

Hey everyone! MarkMan here again… We’ve been a bit lazy as of late in regards to site updates. I just wanted to let everyone know what we’re doing and what’s new! First off, thanks to our very own n8nmonster, we have all the T5DR Frame Data up on the site! Also we’re going to be updating the T5DR: ONLINE section of the site heavily this week, opening new site sections and hopefully get the online matchfinder up and running. Lasty check out the latest info on Tekken 6 in our TEKKEN 6 NEWS BLOG! Stay tuned for more T6 news mid-September! One last thing, keep an eye out on the Media section for some exciting matches from EVO2007 World Finals! If you guys have any feedback on the site, please by all means, let us know! Leave a comment! Namco has confirmed that Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection ONLINE for the PlayStation Network will be available at the end of August for North America! With just one more release week for the PSN in August, that narrows down the release date to August 30th! So mark your calendars, cancel plans, and put on a diaper, ONLINE ownage is coming! …and of course, the wonderful practice mode. Thank you Namco! :)

Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection ONLINE is finally up on both the Japanese & Hong Kong PlayStation Stores! SD TEKKEN got a couple hours of hands-on time with the upgrade and we are VERY pleased! With the recent announcement of Tekken 5: DR going online, their fighting game cousin, Soul Calibur is now confirmed for ONLINE play as well! According to 1UP.COM’s latest information, Soul Calibur IV for the Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3 will feature online play as well as other network features! This should be a good indication that Tekken 6 will be online for home consoles as well! Click below for the full report!

It seems that DENGEKI PLAYSTATION magazine printed an error in their most recent issue. Out of all the errors, it had to be that the release date for TEKKEN 5: DARK RESURRECTION ONLINE was incorrect and should have been listed as TBA. This makes millions of Tekken fans around the world unhappy. :(
So now the question is… when will we see Tekken 5: DR ONLINE come out?

According to the latest issue of DENGEKI PLAYSTATION Magazine in Japan, Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection ONLINE will be released on June 30th! That’s a little more than a week away!
