If you’ve been living under a rock recently, then I’d like to tell you that TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2 is out in arcades in Japan & S. Korea! There have been a bunch of videos hitting the net thanks to faithful uploaders. Big thanks go out to everyone that helps push out TEKKEN content to the fans! In SDTEKKEN news. I know we’ve been teasing at it for awhile, but a new site redesign (teaser here) is almost 100% complete. The staff here has been working (sometimes frustratingly) in porting over the site to make the complete change. With the change you’ll see a lot more content and a bigger focus on the fighting game community side of things. So expect a lot more coverage on ALL of the fighting games out there… And of course all things TEKKEN <3 !

TekkenReplays has been doing a great job providing some awesome replay action from Japanese arcades since the game came out about a month ago. One of their latest uploads features two very prominent names in the competitive TEKKEN scene. Yuu of NoRespect (Lars & Feng Wei) up against Mainstreet Ryu (Kazuya & Heihachi)… Wait, what?! Mainstreet Ryu!? The retired legend may be back! This is good news for TEKKEN fans. While we await confirmation, don’t miss out on this great display of Mishima skill in TTT2!

It has taken a while but the group B matches of Samsung Euro Championship are up. Enjoy the matches featuring The Emperor (Jack-6), Killerdoll (Armor King), Sephiblack (Miguel), Tokis (Zafina) and SIM (Kuma).

Kotobukiya revealed the latest Tekken statue with the Tekken Tag Tournament 2 version of none other than your most beloved Yoshimitsu. It looks very interesting and you can find some pictures of it in the gallery at LUYG. The price hasn’t yet been confirmed but it’s not hard to guess that you’ll have to pay a lot for this nice piece of art.
In the video above FilthieRich talks about the latest arcade stick by Mad Catz which will be distributed in a special bundle with the collector’s edition of Tekken Hybrid. If you are a Tekken fan, you can’t miss it! Yet, be aware that this bundle is very limited, so if you want to pre-order it, do it right now.
