On May 6th Gamer’s Vision amusement center held a special Tekken 6 event where the two highest ranked players in Japan battled it out to crown the first “Tekken Lord” rank in Japan. Takeyama (Bob) from Tokyo battled fiercely vs Osaka’s Second Generation Mainstreet Ryu (Kazuya) in a series of high level matches until one would be promoted as Japan’s first Tekken Lord! Tekken 6 is now in California! Super Arcade is now the second location in the United States to get their hands on an imported version of Tekken 6! Tekken 6 is now officially out in Korea and Hong Kong! Special thanks to DUK2000 and JinKyo for all the heads up! This is the International English version of Tekken 6 which is a newer version than that of what is currently available in Japan(Though Japan will get a TekkenNET update soon). The new revision, version A89, introduces the new bonus stage boss “NANCY” along with a bunch of character balance updates. Keep your eyes peeled on our TEKKEN 6 section for any updates!

Special thanks to Tekken Central and DUK2000 for spilling the beans on a new hidden boss character in Tekken 6! NANCY MI847J is a GIGANTIC robot boss that shows up right before you fight Azazel. Word is, NANCY can not be stunned or juggled like normal characters due to it’s size. Regardless if you defeat it or not, you will still proceed to the next stage. Morimoto is at it again! This time he brings us a 21 hit 100% death combo with Nina Williams! It is amazing how Morimoto is uncovering these combos so early in Tekken 6’s lifespan! This is a good thing that all these huge damage combos are being found as it gives Namco an idea of what to patch in the upcoming revision, slated to come out around the time the Korean version is officially out. Right before the new year, Gamer’s Vision held a Tekken 6 Ranking Battle and was generous enough to record the tournament for all to see! If you’ve been keeping up with our TEKKEN 6 NEWS BLOG you may remember this update from a few weeks ago… Due to the large original file size of 1.25GB and torrent download method, not many people were able to watch the tournament. We’ve uploaded the video for online viewing so check it out below (1 hour and 25 minutes of action) !
