Console Exclusive Characters For Tekken 6?!

First Tekken 6 BR Console Screens

Impress Game Watch has unveiled the first batch of Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion screen shots from the upcoming Fall 2009 console release for both the PLAYSTATION 3 and Xbox 360. In a GameSpot Interview from Tokyo Game Show, Katsuhiro Harada revealed Tekken 6 would not only be coming to PS3 but to the Xbox 360 as well! Game is expected to hit console Fall 2009. More news as we get it. Interview can be seen after clicking the link below.

TEKKEN 6 Not Coming To PS3! But Bloodline Rebellion Is!

Namco Bandai held a special press conference yesterday (just a few days before Tokyo Game Show), where they went over new and upcoming titles and other special announcements. One of the announcements was that Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion will be heading to the PLAYSTATION 3 (no word when) and will have MORE content than the arcade version (big surprise!)… IGN was at the event and mentioned in their latest podcast that the PS3 will NOT be getting the regular version of Tekken 6, which was released late 2007 in arcades. More news as we get it!

Soul Calibur IV Receives Balance Patch

The balance patch, Version 1.03, is now live for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Soul Calibur IV. The patch includes various character changes such as the removal of Ivy’s WS B infinite and Yoshimitsu’s aB+K(CH) to 3AB no longer able to connect.

As previously revealed, Alisa Bosconovitch and Lars Alexandersson are two new characters in this arcade upgrade. TEKKEN 6 BLOODLINE REBELLION Revealed!

Tekken 6 Bloodline Rebellion has been announced! It will be officially shown at the upcoming Amusement Show from September 18 – 20 in Tokyo, Japan! It will be an upgraded version of the existing Tekken 6 game and is slated for an arcade release in December! Apparently, arcade operators in Japan have gotten the heads up about this new version of Tekken 6, so if you haven’t heard about it yet, you will soon! Thanks for the heads up Reno!

The biggest series of fighting game tournaments went down last weekend at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino in scorching Las Vegas, Nevada! EVO2008 housed the best fighting game specialists in the WORLD and played host to an epic series of showdowns for 6 of the most popular fighting games today. EVOLUTION 2008 attendees were also treated to a sneak peak at the games of tomorrow as games such as Street Fighter IV, Blaz Blue, Super Street Fighter II TURBO HD Remix, and Tatsunoko vs Capcom were also available to play! More Tekken 6 Machines Showing Up In America!

In addition to last week’s news of more Tekken 6 arcade machine locations in the US, this week we found out that two more arcades have Tekken 6 available for play! One at the New York New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada and the other at New Roc City Fun House in New Rochelle, New York! TEKKEN 6 Shows Up In Wisconsin!

Two More Tekken 6 Machines In California!

Just this past week two big name arcades, Sunnyvale Golf Land and Milpitas Golf Land, both received Tekken 6 arcade machines! Now there are three Tekken 6 machines in California and bumps up the total number of T6 machines in the US to SIX! Here is the information for the newest arcade locations:
