Earlier this week, Hooters of Pacific Beach here in San Diego, held their regional trivia challenge just in time for the San Diego Comic-Con International. With over 25 teams at the event and a grueling round of trivia, SD TEKKEN came out on top and took home the top honors! The team consisted of fast_handsCODY, n8nmonster, and myself (MarkMan). We plan on defending our title next year! Thanks to all of our supporters that showed up.

According to Luke Goss, who will be playing Steve Fox in the upcoming Tekken movie, the film is boasting the title of most faithful video game adaptation ever. Goss mentions that hardcore Tekken fans will be shocked at how accurate the characters and fighting styles are compared to the video game. In addition to last week’s news of more Tekken 6 arcade machine locations in the US, this week we found out that two more arcades have Tekken 6 available for play! One at the New York New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada and the other at New Roc City Fun House in New Rochelle, New York! The only bad news is that both locations have Tekken 6 up and running for $3.00 USD per play… Here are the details for each location:

Qudans is currently serving mandatory national military service and has been away from the Tekken scene. During his time off he was nice enough to participate in an interview for Tekken fans. Just this past week two big name arcades, Sunnyvale Golf Land and Milpitas Golf Land, both received Tekken 6 arcade machines! Now there are three Tekken 6 machines in California and bumps up the total number of T6 machines in the US to SIX! Here is the information for the newest arcade locations:
