Famitsu has unveiled the latest major revision to the Virtua Fighter franchise… Virtua Fighter 5 R! Much like how Tekken 5 had it’s “Dark Resurrection,” VF5 has it’s “R.” This latest announcement took place at AOU2008 in Japan. Aside from a tweaked game play system, VF5R also features at least one new character and the return of a sumo wrestling fighter! Could it be, Taka Arashi?!

Tekken 6 is now officially out in Korea and Hong Kong! Special thanks to DUK2000 and JinKyo for all the heads up! This is the International English version of Tekken 6 which is a newer version than that of what is currently available in Japan(Though Japan will get a TekkenNET update soon). The new revision, version A89, introduces the new bonus stage boss “NANCY” along with a bunch of character balance updates. Keep your eyes peeled on our TEKKEN 6 section for any updates!

Special thanks to Tekken Central and DUK2000 for spilling the beans on a new hidden boss character in Tekken 6! NANCY MI847J is a GIGANTIC robot boss that shows up right before you fight Azazel. Word is, NANCY can not be stunned or juggled like normal characters due to it’s size. Regardless if you defeat it or not, you will still proceed to the next stage. Morimoto is at it again! This time he brings us a 21 hit 100% death combo with Nina Williams! It is amazing how Morimoto is uncovering these combos so early in Tekken 6’s lifespan! This is a good thing that all these huge damage combos are being found as it gives Namco an idea of what to patch in the upcoming revision, slated to come out around the time the Korean version is officially out. Right before the new year, Gamer’s Vision held a Tekken 6 Ranking Battle and was generous enough to record the tournament for all to see! If you’ve been keeping up with our TEKKEN 6 NEWS BLOG you may remember this update from a few weeks ago… Due to the large original file size of 1.25GB and torrent download method, not many people were able to watch the tournament. We just wanted to give everyone the heads up… Tekken-Official has updated their Tekken 6 page with the Tekken 6 movelists we posted last week and they have added Mokujin to the characters portion of the site! Also head over to Tekken-Official’s download section and you can see TONS of T6 wallpapers up for download! Also for you PS3 users, Castel at Tekken Zaibatsu has added two NEW Tekken 6 themes in their gallery. Check out the sweet Jack-6 and Devil Jin themes!

You can download the moves list file below, right click and save as or view from the site. Please note that you may need Adobe Acrobat reader installed to view the move lists.
