November 15, 2008Capcom has officially revealed that Street Fighter IV will be hitting North American shelves on February 17, 2009! The game will launch a few days later in Europe, on February 20! October 10, 2008Hori had their brand spanking new Street Fighter IV arcade sticks on display recently during Tokyo Game Show! The sticks should be familiar to most as they are pretty much the same good old Hori sticks we have come to know and love, with an artistic SFIV flair. Street Fighter IV Boxart Revealed
September 23, 2008Capcom-Unity has revealed the boxart for Street Fighter IV for both the US and UK versions. The US version features Chun-Li on the front while the UK version features Ryu. Check the jump for an image of each. The game will be available for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 video game consoles early next year.

September 13, 2008Kotaku recently reported on the Mad Catz STREET FIGHTER IV arcade sticks and controllers that were on display at the GameStop Expo 2008 at Las Vegas. Buzz for the sticks particularly so far have been VERY POSITIVE. Featuring real arcade parts, “easy to swap buttons” and replaceable faceplate art, these could be the best stock arcade sticks ever! Well nothing concrete as of yet, but you can look forward to playing SFIV at San Diego Comic-Con International next month from July 24 – 27 at the Capcom booth! See you guys there!

June 4, 2008Capcom recently announced that their upcoming Street Fighter IV will see a release on the PS3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft and Windows based PCs. The granddaddy of the genre is finally back! The arcade release is still scheduled for July of this year with the console release date showing up on GameStop’s site as February 2009. Looks like we still have quite some time to wait! October 17, 2007Earlier today at Capcom’s media event in London… STREET FIGHTER IV was announced for release in 2008! A short animated clip of Ken and Ryu fighting was shown to the gaming press, but no further details were given. This is huge news for fighting game fans everywhere!
