Capcom-Unity revealed the new Mad Catz ‘Femme Fatale’ Tournament Edition Stick. Limited to a 1000 Unit Run only, the new stick will be available exclusively at Capcom’s booth during this weekend’s PAX and on the Mad Catz GameShark store site. Click below for more info.

Capcom has officially revealed that Street Fighter IV will be hitting North American shelves on February 17, 2009! The game will launch a few days later in Europe, on February 20! SFIV will be released on Xbox 360, PLAYSTATION 3 and the PC. Preorder the game today at your local game store or at Amazon!

Exar, the makers of the Wii Neo Geo arcade stick, have unveiled their new line of arcade sticks to coincide with the release of Tatsunoko vs Capcom on the Nintendo Wii. The game and arcade sticks are set to release on December 11th in Japan. Click below for more info and images of both designs for the upcoming arcade sticks!
Hori had their brand spanking new Street Fighter IV arcade sticks on display recently during Tokyo Game Show! The sticks should be familiar to most as they are pretty much the same good old Hori sticks we have come to know and love, with an artistic SFIV flair. The PS3 arcade stick is essentially a Hori Real Arcade PRO 3 and the Xbox 360 arcade stick is a Fighting Stick EX2. Check our Arcade Stick section for more information on the new goods!
Capcom-Unity has revealed the boxart for Street Fighter IV for both the US and UK versions. The US version features Chun-Li on the front while the UK version features Ryu. Check the jump for an image of each. The game will be available for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 video game consoles early next year.
Kotaku recently reported on the Mad Catz STREET FIGHTER IV arcade sticks and controllers that were on display at the GameStop Expo 2008 at Las Vegas. Buzz for the sticks particularly so far have been VERY POSITIVE. Featuring real arcade parts, “easy to swap buttons” and replaceable faceplate art, these could be the best stock arcade sticks ever! Mad Catz, Inc. will be working with Capcom to bring out official Street Fighter IV themed controllers early next year! What kind of controllers will they be? A good guess would be a fighting game pad and an arcade stick. Luckily we know some information about the upcoming SFIV controllers and will back up Mad Catz and Capcom by noting that all Street Fighter fans and fighting game nuts should look forward to what is coming out early next year! The biggest series of fighting game tournaments went down last weekend at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino in scorching Las Vegas, Nevada! EVO2008 housed the best fighting game specialists in the WORLD and played host to an epic series of showdowns for 6 of the most popular fighting games today. EVOLUTION 2008 attendees were also treated to a sneak peak at the games of tomorrow as games such as Street Fighter IV, Blaz Blue, Super Street Fighter II TURBO HD Remix, and Tatsunoko vs Capcom were also available to play! If you’ve been keeping up with the latest Street Fighter IV news you should know that the Japanese arcade release is slated for the middle of next month. What about North America? Well nothing concrete as of yet, but you can look forward to playing SFIV at San Diego Comic-Con International next month from July 24 – 27 at the Capcom booth! See you guys there!
Capcom recently announced that their upcoming Street Fighter IV will see a release on the PS3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft and Windows based PCs. The granddaddy of the genre is finally back! The arcade release is still scheduled for July of this year with the console release date showing up on GameStop’s site as February 2009. Looks like we still have quite some time to wait!
