Exar, the makers of the Wii Neo Geo arcade stick, have unveiled their new line of arcade sticks to coincide with the release of Tatsunoko vs Capcom on the Nintendo Wii. Tekken 6 has finally arrived in San Diego. It’s now up and running at the Tilt in Mission Valley Mall. The cost per play is unfortunately $1.50. Here is the address for those of you that want to check it out!

We had a great turnout over the weekend. There were plenty of upsets alongside plenty of amazing comebacks. In the end, it was Duragon of San Diego who took 1st Place using Siegfried, followed by MoTempest in 2nd using Taki, and KingSalmon in 3rd using Mitsurugi. Hori had their brand spanking new Street Fighter IV arcade sticks on display recently during Tokyo Game Show! The sticks should be familiar to most as they are pretty much the same good old Hori sticks we have come to know and love, with an artistic SFIV flair. The PS3 arcade stick is essentially a Hori Real Arcade PRO 3 and the Xbox 360 arcade stick is a Fighting Stick EX2. Check our Arcade Stick section for more information on the new goods!

Impress Game Watch has unveiled the first batch of Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion screen shots from the upcoming Fall 2009 console release for both the PLAYSTATION 3 and Xbox 360. In a GameSpot Interview from Tokyo Game Show, Katsuhiro Harada revealed Tekken 6 would not only be coming to PS3 but to the Xbox 360 as well! Game is expected to hit console Fall 2009. More news as we get it. Interview can be seen after clicking the link below.

Namco Bandai held a special press conference yesterday (just a few days before Tokyo Game Show), where they went over new and upcoming titles and other special announcements. One of the announcements was that Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion will be heading to the PLAYSTATION 3 (no word when) and will have MORE content than the arcade version (big surprise!)… IGN was at the event and mentioned in their latest podcast that the PS3 will NOT be getting the regular version of Tekken 6, which was released late 2007 in arcades. More news as we get it!

Two English version Arcana Heart 2 machines have appeared in San Diego at the Tilt in Mission Valley Mall. They’re set up on Sega Net City cabinets with full-on Sanwa sticks and buttons, and at a cost of 50 cents per play. Click below for some pics of the machines.

Capcom-Unity has revealed the boxart for Street Fighter IV for both the US and UK versions. The US version features Chun-Li on the front while the UK version features Ryu. Check the jump for an image of each. The game will be available for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 video game consoles early next year.

The balance patch, Version 1.03, is now live for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Soul Calibur IV. The patch includes various character changes such as the removal of Ivy’s WS B infinite and Yoshimitsu’s aB+K(CH) to 3AB no longer able to connect.

As previously revealed, Alisa Bosconovitch and Lars Alexandersson are two new characters in this arcade upgrade.
