Hot off the presses! In addition to the wonderful TEKKEN 6 bundle being released worldwide, TEKKEN fans can also look forward to another surprise from Hori. The TEKKEN 6 Hori Real Arcade PRO! Available on both the Xbox 360 (HRAP-EX) and PlayStation 3 (HRAP3), the new stick is scheduled to come out October 29th and will retail for Y12800 (360) and Y9800 (PS3) respectively. New outfits for Anna and Asuka have been revealed for the console release of TEKKEN 6. Anna sees the return of her Zebra costume while Asuka gets a new yellow dress with black stockings designed by Nagano Mamoru (creator of The Five Star Stories). Click below for full image.

If you’ve been following the Street Fighter IV scene lately, you’ll know that the last chance to qualify for Super Battle Opera 7 (Tougeki 2009) took place yesterday at Denjin Arcade in Simi Valley, CA. 31 teams entered, and when all was said and done, the team of Alex “CaliPower” Valle and Peter “COMBOFIEND” Rosas came out on top and will move on to represent the United States at SBO7! IGN reports that Tekken 6 will be coming to the PSP! We already knew that Tekken 6 was slated for release later this year on both the PLAYSTATION 3 and Xbox 360. It has already been mentioned that ad-hoc multiplayer will return and the ghost system in which you can upload or trade with other players is back as well. 360 Gamer reports that Tekken Team’s Katsuhiro Harada is still open to a possible Tekken VS Virtua Fighter game. You might remember an old newspaper advertisement back in 2001 pitting VF vs Tekken… Déjà vu?
